Yes. Every new tenant starts with a Free Subscription Plan (Basic) and a Free Support Plan by default. You can upgrade anytime.
Subscription Plans define product usage limits and features such as agents, channels, workgroups, and messaging. Support Plans define response time, SLA, priority level, and access to specialists. They are purchased and managed separately.
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade both Subscription Plans and Support Plans at any time.
Any unused time is refunded as MonoChat Balance (store credit). Cash refunds are not provided.
MonoChat Balance is platform credit that can be used for future usage and purchases.
MonoChat Balance can be used for extra agents, extra channels, outgoing message packages, development packages, AI usage, WhatsApp paid conversations, and future Subscription or Support Plan payments.
Yes. Incoming messages are always free. Only outgoing messages are counted toward your monthly limits.

A channel is a communication source such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, WebChat, SMS, or Voice (SIP).
Yes. Some providers (WhatsApp, Instagram, GupShup, Dialog360, etc.) may charge their own conversation or messaging fees according to their pricing.
No. MonoChat does not apply markup on channel provider fees.
You can either use MonoChat AI APIs or connect your own AI provider keys.
Usage is billed based on token consumption according to MonoChat pricing. Prices may differ from public provider prices due to taxes or infrastructure costs.
